Meet Our Providers
Cara Garabrandt
PMHNP-BC
Cara earned her Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Science in Nursing - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University. Mental health has always been a passion of Cara's as it affects so many lives. She noticed that too often, people aren't aware of the available resources or are too afraid to get help due to fear of being judged or ridiculed. After many years of working as a nurse, Cara decided to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to offer compassionate care to members of our community and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. She enjoys helping patients of all ages and all diagnoses feel empowered to live their best lives.

A fun fact about Cara is her first nursing job was working at the old Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville on a busy telemetry floor! Cara joined the MVHC Team in August of 2023.
Patricia Johnson
LSW, LICDC
Patricia brings 40 years of drug and alcohol experience to our team. She enjoys caring for individuals with chemical dependency, as she enjoys seeing them recover, and helping to educate them and their loved ones through this disease.
A fun fact about Patricia is that she loves to travel to England to visit her daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren. She has been a part of the MVHC Team since August of 2021.
Amanda Sevcik
LISW-S
Amanda attended Ohio University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mental Health and later went on to receive her Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. Amanda previously worked with Children’s Services and Six County, before coming on board with MVHC in 2014.
Christina Hammond
APRN
Christina earned her Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Ohio University. She chose to become a Nurse Practitioner as she has always enjoyed helping people and wanted to take her years of experience as a nurse to the next level by working directly with patients to diagnose and treat them. Christina particularly enjoys helping patients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or substance abuse.

A fun fact about Christina is she loves music and enjoys attending concerts in her free time! Christina joined the MVHC Team in October of 2023!
Amelia Lepi
APRN
Amelia obtained her Associate's Degree in nursing from Central Ohio Technical College and also has a Bachelor's Degree from Ohio University in Organizational Communication. She specialized in Emergency nursing before attending Walden University to obtain her Master's Degree to become a Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified in Family Practice.
Kaleb Wilkins
APRN
Kaleb obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University, and then went on to complete his Master of Science in Nursing, from Ohio University. Kaleb most recently worked for Genesis Healthcare System on their Critical Care Unit and Rapid Response team.
