Mobile Health Program
The MVHC Mobile Health Program is an extension of our primary care service line. MVHC operates three fully equipped mobile clinic vehicles, complete with a full exam room and lab capabilities.
MVHC offers an integrated model of care, on-site, to patients seeking primary care close to home. The MVHC Mobile Unit provides access to care for community members at a location that meets their needs.
The MVHC Mobile Unit offers a full exam room providing these services:
-
Primary Care Medical Visits
-
Lab Services
-
Immunizations
-
COVID Testing and Vaccinations
-
Links to Dental, Women’s Health, and Pediatric Care
In addition to the mobile clinic vehicles, MVHC has a Sprinter Van that can be used for testing, vaccinations, patient education, and community outreach.
Meet Our Providers
Miranda Lazar, DNP, APRN
Miranda earned her Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from Miami University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from The Ohio State University. She chose to become a nurse practitioner so she could have a more active role in the treatment and care of her patients. Miranda enjoys working with her patients one on one to help them face their unique challenges and helping them overcome barriers standing between them and their health and wellness.
A fun fact about Miranda is she grew up in Zanesville but lived in Cincinnati for three years. She has three dogs: Mylo, Mai, and Millie. Prior to joining the MVHC Team in January of 2024, Miranda worked at DispatchHealth conducting home medical and urgent care visits in the Cincinnati area.
