Meet Our Providers

Kimberly Anderson
APRN

Kimberly earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Belmont College. While working at SEORMC, she continued her education by earning her Bachelors of Science through the University of Phoenix. Kimberly attended Wheeling Jesuit University to earn her Master's Degree in Family Practice Nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She joined MVHC in 2017 after previously working with OB/GYN Specialists in Cambridge, Ohio.

Jacqueline Cleland
CNM

Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University and her Masters of Science from The Ohio State University, specializing in Women’s Health and Midwifery. Jacqueline is a Certified Nurse Midwife. Jacqueline previously worked with Coshocton County Memorial Hospital and Dr. Hamilton III, LLC in Canton, Ohio. She has been with MVHC since 2014.

Tiffany Fry
APRN

Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Otterbein University. Tiffany chose to become a nurse practitioner because she loves being a nurse and wants to make a greater impact on her patient’s overall health and well-being. She also wanted to be able to give back to her community. Tiffany enjoys working with the women’s health population, whether it be obstetrics or gynecology. Tiffany joined the MVHC Team in June of 2022. 

A fun fact about Tiffany is that she is a health and fitness enthusiast. 

Ashley Robinson
CNM

Ashley obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing-Certified Nurse Midwife from the University of Cincinnati. Ashley’s spark for midwifery came 9 years ago when she transitioned from a cardiac nurse to an OB nurse. Her passion for women’s health grew as she made her own journey through motherhood and began raising her own daughters. Ashley feels that the art of midwifery is a path to walk along; a path that is walked with intention. Her intention is to walk alongside women providing care, educating, listening, and supporting in all stages of life. 

Amanda Sauter
APRN

Amanda obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University. Ever since she was young, she knew that she wanted to be in healthcare as she liked the idea of being capable of healing the sick and freeing them from their disease burden. In her practice, Amanda hopes to assist her patients to achieve their optimal version of themselves by restoring their health and well-being through wellness promotion and education. She especially enjoys helping women through menopause symptom management, helping them to find relief and restoring their quality of life.

Stacie Sweet
APRN

Stacie graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before attending The Ohio State University where she received her Masters of Science in Nursing. Stacie is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health and has been with MVHC since 2008. She previously worked with PrimeCare of Southeastern Ohio and Genesis Healthcare Systems. Stacie is currently an Assistant Professor at Ohio University Zanesville.

Dr. Joseph Binkiewicz
MD, FACOG

Dr. Joseph Binkiewicz earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University College of Medicine. He completed his gynecological and obstetrical residency training at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Binkiewicz is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and was a practicing partner at OB/GYN Specialists, Inc. since 2000 before joining MVHC in 2017. 

Dr. Jeffrey Downing
MD, FACOG

Jeffery D. Downing graduated from Philo High School and then went on to attend Otterbein College and The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency at Akron City Hospital. Dr. Downing has performed thousands of surgical procedures, delivered more than 5,000 babies, and provided years of quality medical care.

Dr. Bijan Goodarzi
MD, FACOG

Dr. Goodarzi received his Bachelor of Science at Davis & Elkins College, his Doctor of Medicine at Marshall University School of Medicine, and performed his residency at the Akron City Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Fellow American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Previous to MVHC, he worked with PrimeCare of Southeastern Ohio since 2000 and at the Women's Health Specialties for 13 years prior to that.

Sheryl Ross
APRN

Sheryl graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. She went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing from MCP Hahnemann/Drexel University in 2000. She previously worked with Genesis Healthcare as an RN in Labor and Delivery. Sheryl is a Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Women’s Health and has been with MVHC since 2008.

Dr. Dianne Schubeck
MD

Dr. Schubeck obtained her Doctor of Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Metrohealth Medical Center. She has close to 30 years of experience and had spent most of her medical career in Cleveland.

 

A fun fact about Dr. Schubeck is that over the past few years she has worked with our Cambridge team as a locum and has officially joined the MVHC team as of January 2022.

Dr. Paul Wright
MD, FACOG

Dr. Wright earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He completed his internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Dr. Wright is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and was a practicing partner at OB/GYN Specialists, Inc. since 1998 before joining MVHC in 2017. 

The Women’s Health Program at MVHC provides comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical care. Our Women’s Health providers include obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives. 

 

We offer the following women’s health services: 

  • Routine gynecological exams  

  • Pap smears  

  • Breast exams 

  • Birth control  

  • Colposcopies 

  • LEEPS 

  • Endometrial biopsies 

  • Prenatal and postpartum obstetrical care 

  • Coordination of high-risk obstetrical care with The Ohio State University 

  • Patient education including childbirth education referrals, infant feeding, parenting, and smoking cessation
